Halloween Scream is a fun and safe trick-or-treating experience for the children of our community within the well-lit, police-patrolled area of Headland's Downtown Square. Music makes the evening even more fun for the whole family! If you, your neighbors, or your organization would like to set up a candy or activity station, we would SCREAM to have you! Hurry and contact the Chamber office to reserve your perfect spot!
