Scarecrows should be in place or delivered to the Municipal Complex by 12:00 noon Oct. 8. Judging will be Oct. 9. Winners will be announced at Harvest Day, Oct. 12, on the square downtown Headland
Location
Downtown businesses may display their scarecrows directly in front of their business (just don't block the walkway). Other scarecrows should be brought to the Municipal Complex and will be placed around the square.
Fees/Admission
$10 Entry Fee (will be used for winner's cash prize)

Let's have some fun decorating Downtown Headland for Harvest Day, Paws Fest and Halloween Scream! Promote your business or organization with a creative scarecrow entry in the contest. Generate some social media buzz by posting you #headlandsquarecrows and tagging the Headland Area Chamber of Commerce on your social media accounts. "Squarecrows" will be judged on Oct. 9
